The successful application of this technology to primary sewage sedimentation allows facilities to achieve greater flow capacity per unit of overall surface area compared to conventional sedimentation. Soltech Products LLC offers decanter devices for use with sequenced batch reactors for biological treatment. We can supply our decanter to replace an existing decanting systems or to be part of an overall new SBR design. Soltech Products LLC offers shaftless screws for a wide range of transport applications including sewage sludges, sawdust, and wood dust. This device is especially suitable for transport of materials that have a tendency to stick to a shafted screw. Soltech Products LLC offers grit dewatering units to separate incoming grit particles of greater than .2 mm from the incoming wastewater stream. These units are designed on hydraulic principles and utilize shaftless screw conveying to separate the settled grit from the entrained organics. We offer sludge to sludge heat exchangers utilizing a water loop between the unit where the sludge is being heated and the unit where the sludge is being cooled. The sludge to sludge heat exchanger approach is particularly applicable in class A sludge processing schemes where heat is recovered from the thermophilic digester sludge and transferred to the raw sludge entering the thermophilic digester. We also offer a gas to liquid heat exchanger to cool compressed air and regain energy from blowers used to aerate basins in wastewater treatment plants.
